Bursting With Cajun Flavour - Moist, Juicy, Chicken Thighs Dinner
Grilled, charred, natural sweet, flavours abound - our vegetarian salad for dinner; Yummylicious - our salmon with Asian flavours; Why is saffron so super expensive?
Here is what’s in George’s Kitchen this week.
Hello everyone.
Chicken thighs far too often overlooked by cooks. What a mistake. Chicken thighs are meaty, hard to overcook and versatile. And you can create a myriad of flavours for something delicious
Vegetable dinners are something we love in George’s Kitchen - especially if you roast them on the BBQ. It brings out their natural flavours and with a bit of char on them they become extra yummy.
Salmon is terrific - versatile, easy, and by using different spices and herbs you can create something you’ll love every time.
At up to $5,000 (U.S.) a pound saffron is the most expensive spice there is. Find out why.
And let’s not forget about our picture of the week.
One more thing - I have started a newsletter on art, instead of posting it on Delicioso, another one of my newsletters. It’s called - Art I Love. Every Tuesday I will feature one exciting artist from anywhere in the world. Here is a link if you want to subscribe.
Keep cooking.
See you next week.
